This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of theArticle 25 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. This consultation will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 4 of order n - 2015-899 of 25.7.2015 as well as article 78 of the aforementioned decree relating to framework agreements. It will be executed as and when required by the issue of purchase orders under the conditions set out in Article 80 of the aforementioned Decree. This isa framework agreement with no minimum and no maximum in value passes with an economic operator batch. The services are divided into 5 separate lots. Each of the lots will be subject to a separate commitment. The economic operators can present an offer for one or more lots. No installments or variants are allowed for this framework agreement. No financial guarantee clausewill be applied. The advance is granted for each purchase order of an amount greater than or equal to 50 000 EUR HT. And of a duration of execution higher than 2 months. The holder, except if it is a public body, must prove the constitution of a personal and joint guarantee or a guarantee at first request up to 100% of the amount of advance. Price: the serviceswill be settled by applying unit prices in accordance with the provisions of the unit price schedule for each lot and the catalog discount note for lots 1, 3 and 5. The catalog discounts shall be firm and final throughout the whole period. the duration of the market. The prices are reputed to include, the whole of the taxes, parafiscales or others striking obligatoryand the costs associated with the performance of all the services defined in this CCP. Duration: This contract is concluded for a period of one (1) year from the date of notification. The contract may be renewed in successive periods of one (1) year for a maximum period of renewal of three (3) years, in accordance with the provisions of articles 16and 78-II of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. Renewal is considered accepted if no written decision to the contrary is made by the Contracting Authority at least four (4) months before the end of the period of validity of the contract. The holder can not refuse the renewal of the public contract. Delivery time: the delivery time of the supplies are cdelivered by the tenderer in support of his tender, in the delivery schedule and guarantee period specific to each lot (Annexes 2-1 to 2-5 of the commitment agreement), without these delays being able to exceed the following maximums. In situation called: 4 weeks, in situation called 4 hours. The form of grouping is free. Applicants are prohibited from submitting multiple bidsat the same time: - as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings, - as members of several groups.
