CPV Description: Proceedings in the form of an unlimited tender with an estimated value above the amounts specified in the regulations issued on the basis of art. 11 para. 8 of the Public Procurement Law, the subject of which is the supply of fine coal and fuel coke to military units administered by 44 WOG in Krosno Odrzańskie. Case No. 62 / PN / 2018.

The subject of the order is the supply of hard coalof fine coal and fuel coke in assortments, quality parameters and quantities specified in Tables 1 and 2.

The ordering party divided the order into 5 parts:

1. Part I orders

Hard coal supply to JW 1517 Czerwieńsk ul. Component 10 with the quality parameters and quantities specified in table No. 1

2. Part II orders

Supply of industrial-heating coke to JW 1517 Czerwieńsk ul. Component 10 with the quality parameters and quantities specified in Table 2

3. Part III orders

Supply of industrial-heating coke up to 44 WOG Krosno Odrzanskie 66-600 ul. Słubicka 10 with the quality parameters and quantities specified in table 2

4. Part IV orders

Supply of industrial-heating coke to the Nowogrod Bobrzański Plant with the quality parameters and quantities specified in table 2

5. Part V orders

Supply of industrial-heating coke to the Radnica Warehouse with the quality parameters and quantities specified in the table No. 2 - Detailed description of the order Attachment No. 1 to the ToR.

The Contracting Authority requires a tender bond to be paid: - Part No. I 6 PLN 300.00

Part No. II 1 PLN 150.00

Part No. III PLN 11 500.00

Part No. IV PLN 11 500.00

Part No. V 2 PLN 300.00

The bid bond is payablebefore the deadline for submission of tenders, ie until November 7, 2018 to 12: 00

1. The bid bond may be contributed in one or more of the following forms: - money is then transferred to the account of the Employer: NBP Branch Zielona Gora account no. 07 1010 1704 0061 1613 9120 2000 with the note: "wadium conduct No. 62 / PN / 2018",

- bank guarantees or societal guarantees ksavings and credit aids, except that the surety is always a cash guarantee,

- bank guarantees,

- insurance guarantees,

- sureties granted by entities referred to in Article 6 (5) (5) of the Act of 9.11.2000 r; on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (consolidated text from 2007, Journal of Laws No. 42, item 275, as amended).

2. Deposit paid in cash forthe speaker stores on the bank account.

3. The deadline for crediting the cashier is the date of crediting the Employer's account.

4. The original of the document confirming the payment of the bid security in a form other than money, must be attached to the offer or placed at the registered office of the ordering party, within the deadline set for the submission of bids. The envelope containing the bid bond document should be marked with the name and-the contractor's address together with the following remark: "Wadium" in proceedings 62 / PN / 2018 should be submitted in the place indicated for submitting bids.

5 The guarantee / guarantee should be paid out to the Ordering Party for the full amount of the bid bond at the time of bidding in the case occurrence of circumstances specified in Article 46 (4a) and (5) of the Public Procurement Law

6. The Awarding Entity shall return the security deposit in the situationreferred to in Article 46 ust. 1, para. 1a, para. 2 Public Procurement Law Acts

7. The ordering party will retain the deposit together with interest in the cases referred to in art. 46 section 4a and section 5 of the Act on Public Procurement Law.

8. The Awarding Entity rejects the offer if the deposit has not been filed or has been filed incorrectly (Article 89 paragraph 1 item 7b of the PPL).
