Gladsaxe, Gentofte and Herlev Kommuner hereby provides a joint framework agreement on the treatment of smelting bran etc. along roads, paths, parking lots, etc., transport and delivery of sand and sludge samThe execution of any additional work that is specified in the tender documents as services that can be provided by the municipalities in the form of options.

Gladsaxe Municipality, City and Environmental Management, Operations Division, executes the joint tender on behalf of all participating municipalities, which subsequently collectively referred to as "municipalities" or "contracting entities".

The municipalities each submit an individual framework agreementwith the winning bidder, each municipality is responsible for the agreement in its part of the tender. The contracting entity is obliged to exclude tenderers from participation in the tendering procedure if the tenderer is subject to one or more of the mandatory grounds for exclusion in section 135 of the Public Procurement Act and 136. The contracting entity will also exclude tenderers: - whose contracting entity can prove that tBidders within the last 2 years have violated applicable obligations in the environmental, social or labor law area under EU law, national law, collective agreements or the environmental, social or labor obligations deriving from the conventions listed in Annex X to Directive 2014/24 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2020 on publicdbud and repealing Directive 2004/18 / EC (Official Journal 2014, No L 94, page 65) or are subject to acts adopted by the European Commission pursuant to Article 57 (1) of the Directive. 4, cf.
