Announcement of open, online bidding through the National Electronic System of Public Procurement (E) .), For the award of a contract for the purpose of awarding a contractor, for a period of seventeen (17) months, with an estimated value of 101 630.11 EUR (one hundred one thousand six hundred thirty and eleven cents) plus VAT, that is to say EUR 126 021.34 (one hundred twenty-six thousand twenty one and thirty-four cents), including 24% VAT, on the basis of the most economically advantageous award price quotation for all services requested.

The object of the contract is to provide security services toEuripas Group of EKPA, in Psachna, Evia.

a) The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to carry out a professional activity related to the subject, namely the provision of security and security services.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professionsternary or commercial registers, kept in their state of establishment or satisfying any other requirement set forth in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or third countries which do not fall under the preceding indentand having entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, must be registered in their respective professional or commercial registers. have begun trading for a related profession

b) economic operators are required to have a special license to operate a security service company, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2518/1997 (Government Gazette A164), as amended and in force today.

In terms of economic and financial standing, for this contracting process, financiers are required tohave:

- an average annual turnover of the last 3 years (years 2018, 2017, 2016) or as long as they are operating, whichever is less, at least 30% of the estimated value of the contract; excluding VAT, ie:

Number of years (3 years; 2018, 2017, 2016) - average specific turnover amounting to EUR 34 075.98. By turnover, you meanthe turnover in the area of activity covered by this notice and the contract, ie security services,

- a credit rating of at least 30% of the estimated value of the contract, excluding VAT, ie of an amount (in total) of at least EUR 30 489.03, of which at least EUR 9 146.71 shall relate to financing and an amount of at least EUR 21 342.32R will refer to letters of guarantee.

Example: Suppose an economic operator has a credit rating of at least 30% of the estimated value of the contract, excluding VAT, that is EUR 30 489.03. For financing, the bank is required to approve at least an amount equal to 100% of EUR 30 489.03, ie EUR 9 146.71, and for letters of guarantee amounting to at least 70% ofEUR 30 489.03, ie EUR 21 342.32.

In the case of an association or a consortium of economic operators participating in the tender, the above minimum required credit rating must have at least one (1) member of the association or consortium or (the minimum credit rating required) to be added cumulatively by the members of the association or consortium.

(c) insuranceoccupational risk coverage, at least equal to 100% of the estimated value of the contract, excluding VAT.
