1. The participant must have a valid license for performing private security activities on the territory of the whole country or on the territory of Sofia according to art. 5, para. 1, item 2 of the Law on Private Security Activity (ZODP).

Foreign participants must have an equivalent document, a certificateentitling the participant to engage in such activity under the laws of the State in which they are established. The participant must have a valid license (license) for its own radio frequency covering the territory of the whole country or on the territory of Sofia, issued by the Communications Regulation Commission

Foreign participants must have an equivalent document, (1) and (2), the participant shall declare in the Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP) in Part IV " Selection Criteria ", point A" Fitness "above.

1.1. It is evidenced by the presentation of a certified by a fateno copy of a valid license to conduct security activities on the territory of the whole country or on the territory of the Sofia-city district according to Art. 5, para. 1, item 2 of the Private Security Protection Act (ZCOD)

1.2. It is proved by presenting a certified copy of a license (license) for own radio frequency covering the territory of the whole country or on the territory of Sofia issued by-Communications Regulation Commission. The participant must hold a professional liability insurance valid on the date of the offer, with a coverage corresponding to the volume and nature of the order covering the liability of the insured for damages caused by him in the course of the security activity. to provide additional compositionin security guards when there is a need to increase the security staff in connection with the introduction of overriding security measures and / or the inclusion of additional security facilities, and the remuneration may not exceed by more than 10% the total estimated value of the order. The total estimated value of the order with option included for a period of 48 (forty-eight) months amounts to 15-969 360.00 BGN without VAT
