Main Site: The objects of the company described in the technical specification in the respective lot. Provision of 24-hour round-the-clock armed guards, incl. video surveillance. Providing unarmed securityfor the administrative building, warehouses and garages of Kamchia dam area from 17:00 to 8:00 on working days and during the holiday and non-stop day and night

C. Provision of armed guards for dam Kamchia and " Yasna Polyana "by high-speed craft

For each lot:

Participants are entered in a relevant professional register, and for foreign persons - in an analoguein accordance with the law of the Member State in which they are established.

Minimum requirement: The participant must hold a license entitling him to perform the specified types of security activity (for the respective lot) issued under Art. 40 and following of the Private Security Act (ACT), or a certificate under the procedure of the Ordinance under Art. 2, para. 4 of the Act. License withis to carry out the activity on the territory of the whole country or on the territory of Burgas region. Foreign participants must have an equivalent document certifying the right of the participant to carry out such activity under the law of the country where they are established and certify that they meet the requirements of the AOC. Participants must have made minesa minimum total turnover, including the minimum turnover in the scope covered by the contract, calculated on the basis of annual turnover (pursuant to paragraph 2, item 67 of the PPL, turnover in the scope covered by the contract is an amount equal to the net revenue of sales made out of activities covered by the public procurement contract)

2. Existence of Professional Liability insurance coverageon the volume and nature of the order or arising from a statutory act. 32, para. 1 of the PPA, the assignor provides unlimited, complete, free and direct access to the procurement documentation in the electronic order file at: http://www.vik-burgas.com/procurementsidproc=301. All communications and actions of the assignor and the participants related to the present-procedure, are in writing. The exchange of information between the assignor and the participant can be done in one of the following ways: - - personally - against signature, - through courier service, - - by electronic means under the terms and procedure of the Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services Act By a combination of these agents
