The Northern Ostrobothnia Hospital District Municipality Group (PPSHP) competes for a guidance design service and seeks framework contract partners to implement guidance concept planning and assignment-specific guidance plans. The main need for the service is in the area of Oulu University Hospital (OYS) in Kontinkangas, Oulu. If necessary, guidance planning can be ordered from service providers to other units in the hospital district.

The concept design contract partner acts as a consultant in the planning and implementation of OYS guidance.
