The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders according to articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 and R. 2162-1 and following, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The market is cincluded by framework agreement fixing all contractual stipulations (executed by means of purchase orders) and at unit prices with a single contractor. Framework agreement executed by means of purchase orders with: no minimum amount, a maximum amount (annual) of 35, 000 EUR excl. The services will be the subject of a single contract.
