The candidate will have to transmit theinformation concerning the legal status of the company as provided for in article 48 of the decree n 2016- 360 of 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets:

- a letter of application and if necessary, the rehabilitation of the agent by the co-contractors (or print DC1 provided by the metropolis),

- the power (s) authorizing the signatory to engage the individual candidate or each member of the gro(copy k-bis, delegation of signature ...),

- the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if the candidate is in receivership,

- a declaration on the honor (or the printer DC1 provided by the metropolis) indicating that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in article 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets the metropolis of Greater Paris accethat the candidate submits his application in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME) established in accordance with the model laid down by the European Commission Regulation establishing the standard form for the DUME.

Declaration concerning overall turnover and the turnover concerning the services covered by the contract, realized during the last 3 financial yearsor, where appropriate, an appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for occupational risks.

All lots are formalized procedures passed pursuant to Articles 66 to 68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 to the public markets.

Criteria applications of the 6 lots: guarantees and professional, technical and financial capacities:

- lot 1:

- criterion 1: technical value noted on 80 points:

--- methodology applied to the realization of the benefits (30 pts),

--- human resources dedicated to the realization of services (20 pts),

--- material means dedicated to the performance of the services (30 pts)

- criterion 2: the price, score on 20 pts, will be assessed from the DQE.

- lot 2:

- criterion 1: technical value noted on 50 pts:

- - Applied methodologyto the realization of benefits (30 pts),

--- human resources dedicated to the performance of services (20 pts).

- criterion 2: the price, note on 30 pts, will be appreciated from the DQE of the lot 2,

- criterion 3: the quality of services scored on 20 pts from the 2 examples translated into English:

--- an example of translation into English of an administrative document already made,

--- axample of English translation of a communication medium already realized.

- lot 3:

- criterion 1: the technical value noted on 60 pts:

--- methodology applied to the realization of benefits (20 pts),

--- human resources dedicated to the provision of benefits (20 pts),

--- material means dedicated to the performance of services (20 pts).

- criterion 2: the price, note on 30 points, will be apprefrom the QE of lot 3

- criterion 3: the quality of the services noted on 10 pts will be analyzed from the following examples:

--- 3 examples of graphic realizations already done,

--- 2 examples of realizations numerical graphs already realized,

--- 2 examples of graphic charters already realized.

- lot 4:

- criterion 1: technical value noted on 60 pts, starting from the questions-following:

--- methodology applied to the provision of benefits (20 pts),

--- human resources dedicated to the provision of benefits (20 pts),

--- material means dedicated to the provision of services (20 pts)

- criterion 2: the price, a score of 30 points, will be assessed from the QE of lot 4,

- criterion 3: the quality of the services rated on 10 pts, from the following elements: qualite benefits will be analyzed from the following examples:

--- 2 examples of videos evenementielles already realized,

--- 2 examples of animated spots already realized.

- lot 5:

- criterion 1: technical value noted on 60 pts, from the following questions:

--- methodology applied to the realization of benefits (20 pts),

--- human resources dedicated to the realization of services (20 pts)-

material means dedicated to the performance of services (20 pts)

- criterion 2: the price, score on 30 points, will be assessed from the DQE lot 5,

- criterion 3: the quality of services scored on 10 pts, from the following elements: the quality of services will be analyzed from the following examples of photos (book):

--- event photos,

--- portraits,

--- scenographies.

- lot 6:

- criterion 1: the technical value noted on 60 pts, from the following questions:

--- methodology applied to the realization of services (30 pts),

--- material means dedicated to the realization benefits (30 pts)

- criterion 2: the price, score on 30 points, will be assessed from the DQE of lot 6,

- criterion 3: the quality of the services rated on 10 pts, will be analyzed from-examples:

--- 3 examples of printed brochures,

--- 2 examples of posters,

--- 2 examples of greeting cards.
