The guarantee of participation. The amount of the participation guarantee eyou are € 2, 786.65.

The equivalent for a warranty deposit in another currency will be at the NBR exchange rate from the date of publication of the contract notice. The period of validity of the guarantee for participation is at least 90 days from the deadline for submission of tenders.

How to set up the participation guarantee. The participation guarantee will be constituted in accordance with the provisionsArt. 36 par. (1) of the Law no. 98/2016, by bank transfer or through a guarantee instrument issued under the law by a bank or insurance company in the form presented in the "Letter of Guarantee" form. If the tenderer opts for the guarantee of participation by bank transfer, it will transfer the value of the warranty into one of-the accounts of the Sibiu Forestry Directorate within the National Forestry Registry - Romsilva (R1590120, J40 / 450/1991): account RO65RZBR0000060001392143 - Raiffeisen Sibiu. The proof of the participation guarantee will be scanned and posted on the SEAP in a separate file called the "Participation Guarantee" together with the qualification documents and the technical offer up to the deadline for the submission of tenders.the refund of the guarantee of participation. The participation guarantee is returned in the conditions provided by art. 38 of the Law no. 98/2016 in the IBAN account stated in the General Information form or in the IBAN account declared by the bidder in the Application for restitution of the participation guarantee.

The performance guarantee of the contract. Execution of the contract begins after the good guarantee has been established-execution within a maximum of 5 business days from the signing of the subsequent contract by both parties. The performance guarantee for the contract is 5% of the contract price, excluding VAT. This will be in the form of a guarantee instrument issued under the law by a banking corporation or an insurance company. GBE may also be constituted by bank transfer, as pert. 40 par. (1) of Law 98/2016. If the value of the good execution guarantee is less than RON 5, 000, it is accepted to be constituted by depositing the cash amount.

2) The way in which offers are priced equal: In the case of first-ranked offers with equal price, the contracting authority will request clarification through SEAP, following which tenderers will submit new financial offers to SEAP.
