a) Observance of the principles governing the procedure
The tenderer certifies that he and his subcontractors respect the principles mentioned in the Confederation Procurement Conference (CA) form.
(b) Additional Proof of Respect Equal pay between men and women
Bidders employing more than 50 people must justify equal pay between men and women not only by signing the form, but also by proving that their salary practices have been verified.
Proof:
a) Applying a legally valid signature on the CA form (Annex No 1). All bidders must submit this proof (a) with the application to participate in the contract.
B) Proof that the respect of equal pay between women and men has been verified by one of the following means:

The document or certificate attesting the analysis must be provided.
This evidence (b) should only be provided onwithin a period of 10 calendar days after the submission of the tender and before the award of the contract.

The tenderer has sufficient experience in carrying out comparable projects with official institutions beating money in the present mandate from the point of view of the extent, quality and complexity ofons. It certifies this experience by providing 2 references relating to the last 10 years.
The references are to be indicated in the form (Annex 3). The adjudicator reserves the right to contact the persons appointed. These persons must be reachable (the vacation periods of the contact persons and their substitutes must be indicated).

Negotiations: the requesting service reserves the right to conduct negotiations during the bidding phase.
