All sites of Paris airports - reconnaissance and soil survey services

The purpose of this consultation is to define, prepare, organize, organize and monitoring, production and operation of reconnaissance and soil surveys, geotechnical, hydrogeological and diagour sites and polluted soils of the sites (in particular the Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly, Paris-Le Bourget and aerodromes of general aviation) airport platforms of which group ADP is owner or operator in Ile-de-France.

Main Site: All the sites of A-roports de Paris.

These missions essentially comprise:

- the realization of missions of geotechnical engineering according to theNF P 94-500 in its current version (the geotechnical studies being conducted in coherence with the French normative system and the Eurocodes), possibly adapted by common accord to the modalities of elaboration and treatment of projects,

- la provision of services relating to polluted sites and soils in accordance with standard NF X 31-620 in its current version, and incompliance with the recommendations of the ministry in charge of the environment with regard to polluted sites and soils, - the organization, the realization, the follow-up and the interpretation of in-situ reconnaissance (polls and in-situ tests of various types, sampling and packaging of intact or remanufactured samples), in accordance with the standards in force,

- organization, realization, monitoring and intlaboratory tests or analyzes in accordance with the standards in force, - analysis of customer requests, development of service proposals described above adapted to the needs (programs, costs and time limits)

- figure over the last 3 years in the relevant business area shown in the published balance sheets and the fact sheet companies.

Attention: it is not expected to offer at this stage, it is simply a phase of applications (fact sheet company to complete online, turnover of the last 3 years, K-bis and presentation brochure to transmit ). The criteria for judging the offers are defined in the regulations of the consultation.

The date of submission of the bids will be communicated to the selected candidates at the end of the meeting.analysis of applications

The maximum number of candidates admitted to submit an offer will be 8.

In the hypothesis that the number of applications would be greater than the number indicated by lot, the candidates will be selected depending of-criteria listed above.

The negotiations can be organized in successive phases and can be continued only with the candidate (s) presenting the most interesting bid (s).

Multi-attribution:

1) For operations with a budget is above the predetermined threshold, the 3 awardees will be put in competition for the award of subsequent contracts.-reopening of competition is determined as follows:

- business budget for building operations: initiation of the reopening of competition for any operation for which the overall estimate of works is greater than 60 000 000 EUR excluding VAT (amount of works 60 000 000 EUR excl. VAT),

- business budget for off-building operations: triggering the reopening of competition for any donation operationthe overall estimate of the works is greater than 20 000 000 EUR HT (amount of the works 20 000 000 EUR HT),

- business budget for the services: trigger of the reopening of competition for any service whose estimation is greater than EUR 30 000 excluding VAT (amount of the service EUR 30 000 excluding VAT)

It is understood the following definitions:

- a service under a corrective operationresponds to any request for a service that falls within the scope of a development project (construction, restructuring, etc.) and includes work whose perimeter is defined and the amount of which can be estimated, - any request for services not meeting these criteria would therefore be.

The competition will be made on the perimeter of one or more missions or elements of missions ddefined in the CCTP, related to an operation, and will specify specific clauses (time limits, deliverables, penalties, insurances, etc.) ..

Subsequent steps will be allocated according to the criteria of judgment defined as follows:

- 10%: methodology and understanding of the request issued by A-roports de Paris,

- 40%: team proposed to carry out the mission by specifying the-skills of each stakeholder (complete CVs) and their mobilization rate on this mission,

- 50%: Delay of delivery of deliverables.

At the end of the competition of companies, the best-selling company will be awarded the application market, - for operations below the predetermined thresholds, or for non-operational services of less than 30 000 EUR HT, the market gives place to the allocation of purchase orders without putting in competition between the 3 recipients.

For the allocation of the orders of order of the market, each holder will be consulted individually without putting in competition and in turn.
