1.1. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment of Certain Outcomes as amended by Act No. 438/2015 Coll. (hereinafterThey shall prove their fulfillment pursuant to - 32 (2), (4), (5), - 152 (1) (entry in the list of economic entities) or - 152 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1.2 The applicant, in accordance with the conditions of participation pursuant to Article 32 (1) (e), proves that he is entitled to provide the service by documents specifying the following business activities:

- professional geological supervisionad,

- geological survey,

- hydrogeological survey,

- performance of geophysical works,

- performance of geochemical works,

- rehabilitation of environmental load,

- performance of field surveying work,

- monitoring of geological environmental factors

1.3 to the list of economic operators is made to each contracting authority and the data stated thereinit is necessary to verify in procurement procedures. When evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status, the contracting authority shall verify the entry of an economic entity in the list of economic entities, if the tenderer has not submitted documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2, 4 and 5 or other equivalent registration or confirmation of registration pursuant to - 152 para. 3 1.4 of the Procurement Act

1.4The tenderer may pre-replace documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation determined by the contracting authority. single European document within the meaning of - 39 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority shall indicatestates that candidates can use electronically form JED. 1.8 The applicant does not submit pursuant to -32 par. 3 document pursuant to - 32 (1) (e) of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority carries out the contract by means of the electronic tool eZakazky on the portal www.ezakazky.sk. The procedure of the candidate / tenderer is regulated in the manuals for the candidate / tenderer, which are published on the website www.ezakazky.sk in the menu item Help (https: //www.ezakazky.sk/index.cfm module = System & page = Help). Communication between the contracting authority and candidates or tenderers will be carried out through the eZakazky electronic tool at www.ezakazky.sk. When the document is served, the contracting authority shall act in accordance with the law on public procurement. The request of the interested person for explanation is considered to be delivered in time(e) the request is received by the contracting authority within a period such that the contracting authority ensures the delivery of the explanation no later than 6 days before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders within the meaning of Article 48 of the Public Procurement Act. The entire tender and other documents and documents in the public procurement shall be submitted in the official (Slovak) language. If the document or document is drawn up in a foreign language, beforeis put together with its official translation into the statutory (Slovak) language; this does not apply to offers, documents and documents made in the Czech language. If a discrepancy in their content is found, the official translation into the official language is decisive. The contracting authority requires a security to be lodged. Verejny obstaraThe Contractor reserves the right not to conclude a contract for work with the successful tenderer in the event that the Contract on the granting of a non-repayable financial contribution between the contracting authority and the Managing Authority is not terminated / terminated, of which the successful tenderer will be informed in writing. The estimated order value specified in the Notification is set as maximum. The contracting authority reserves the rightnot to sign a work contract if the successful tenderer`s bid is higher and the contract value is assumed. The contracting authority reserves the right to revoke the contract award procedure in the event that, within the framework of the ex ante assessment of that contract pursuant to Article 168 of the Public Procurement Act, a notice containing a finding of non-compliance with the documents submittedon public procurement. The contract will be awarded by the tender procedure according to - 66 par. 7 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority announces that tenderers may use the JED formally to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation. The pre-filled JED form will be published in the contracting authority`s profile

10. Estimated value of the contract is 622 659, 01 EUR without VAT. Assumegiven the value of the contract was calculated in accordance with the provisions of - 6 of the Public Procurement Act in accordance with point 12 of the General Methodological Guideline on changes to the contract, framework agreement and concession contract during their term. No financial provision of 2, 5% has been included in the contract `s estimated value. The duration of the contract referred to in point II.2.7) reads as follows:the subject of the contract is within 36 months from the entry into force of the Contract, but no later than June 30, 2023.
