PDL IBS CBT

The main tasks of the PDL IBS CBT are the conception as well as the preparation of the recruitment, its execution as well as the employment of the required auxiliary personnel for the putting into operation CBT. He completes the relevant employment and distribution contracts, looks after his staff in the shift work and he leads the associatede Payroll and Personnel Administration. He is also responsible for Personnel Resource Planning (PEP) for these personnel. PEP means the assignment of persons to services ordered by ATG. In addition, he is responsible for the PEP of further contractually bound ATG staff. For the PEP of the PDL a zero-error-tolerance applies, which means that the deployment planning is based on-The shift specifications of the ATG and the provision of personnel by the PDL must be qualitatively secured in such a way that no shifts occur as a result of non-existent personnel.

Main Site: Bellinzona, the geographical operating area of the Sued operations center in Pollegio and the perimeter CBT.

The main tasks of the PDL IBS CBT are the conception as well as the preparation of the recruitment, dimplementation and the employment of the required auxiliary personnel for the commissioning CBT. He concludes the relevant employment and lending contracts, supervises his staff in shift work and manages the related payroll and personnel administration. He is also responsible for Personnel Resource Planning (PEP) for these personnel. Under PEP, the assignment of Punderstood to services ordered by ATG. In addition, he is responsible for the PEP of further contractually bound ATG staff. For the PEP of the PDL, a zero-error tolerance applies, which means that the mission planning based on the shift specifications of the ATG and the personnel provision by the PDL must be qualitatively secured in such a way that no shift failures as a result-Proof of EC 1:

Proof of membership in Swissstaffing or proof of an equivalent quality management system.

Proof of the sufficient organizational and personnel capacity of the provider economic / financial capacity of the provider as well as any subcontractorshmer:

- Balance sheet and profit and loss account for the last 3 years, incl. test reports of the auditors.

Evidence not older than one year:

- Current extract from the commercial register

- Current extract from the debt collection register

- Current statement Compensation office AHV / IV / EO /ALV.

- Current confirmations SUVA / ESTV

Valid proof of insurance of the provider regarding:

- the professional indemnity insuranceproof of computer compatibility of the supplier including all possible subcontractors to ATG in accordance with the ATG EDP specifications for third-party companies.

Subcontracting is not permitted.

Conditions for non-WTO countries: See 3.1.

Business conditions:

Negotiations: All presentations are carried out only with providers whose offersote the opportunity to be awarded the contract, in accordance with the criteria defined in the tender documents.

Principles of procedure: The client awards public service contracts in Switzerland only to providers who observe compliance with health and safety regulations and working conditions for workers and equal pay for manand Mrs. guarantee.
