Liability insurance for damage incurred by policyholders / insurers in the provision of air navigation services

Liability insurance for damage incurred by insurance policyholders / insurers in the provision of air navigation services within the meaning of Act No. 143/1998 Coll. on Civil Aviation and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended (Air Act) andof the applicable legal provisions relating to the policyholder / insurer in the provision of air navigation services. Further information will be provided in the tender documents.

Liability insurance for damage to policyholders / insurers in the provision of air navigation services pursuant to Act no. 143/1998 Coll. about-Civil Aviation and the amendment of certain laws, as amended (Air Act) and the relevant legal provisions relating to the policyholder / insurer in the provision of air navigation services. The Applicant must comply with the conditions for the participation in the personal status referred to in Article 32 1) zak. no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain lawsin the wording of the later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), they shall prove them in accordance with Section 32 2) resp. (4) to (5) of the law by submitting the most advanced forms of electronic documents and subsequently the applicant in the first place in the order will be required to produce the original documents or their certified true copies, respectively. within the meaning of Article 152 of the Act, an applicant who is registered in the list of economic operators is not obliged tothe public procurement procedures to submit documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the personal situation pursuant to - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act, in this case it is appropriate, but not necessarily, to submit only the data on the valid entry in the list of economic subjects kept by the Public Procurement Office with the registration number or identification data, on the basis of which-it is possible to search for it in this list. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of the laws in the wording of later regulations is entered in the list of economic subjects in the scope of recorded facts. No facts recorded shall be proved in accordance with - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act. In the case of an applicant who makes a group of contractors involved in a public procurement, proof of fulfillment of the conditions of the individual's personal status is required for all the members of the group separately, fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to -32 par. e) the law proves a member of the group only in relation to that part for(a) Each tenderer may submit only one tender per tender. The user can not be affiliated to a group of suppliers who submit another offer.

B) The communication to the explanation is realized exclusively in the Slovak language

c) The competition is realized electronically through the EVO portal at www.evo.gov.sk and up to the identifpotential bidders or bidders, all documents and documents are submitted exclusively in electronic form via the EVO system.

(f) The actual start of performance of the subject of the contract shall be concluded from the date of signature of the contract.

g) Information relating to point IV.2.4) of the notice:litters, papers and documents in this public procurement shall be submitted in the authentic language.
