Butane gas. Participating municipalities are Norddjurs, Rebild, Viborg, Skanderborg and Skive. The tender is carried out as a public tender, cf. Section 56 of the Public Procurement Act (Act no. 1564 of 15.12.2015).

The expected honestconsumption on the framework agreement is estimated on the basis of previous years activity and expected future consumption with the assumptions known at the time of the tender. The expected consumption is thus not binding on the client. The same applies to quantities stated in the tender list.

The tenderer must confirm that the tenderer is not covered by the compulsory exclusion grounds in the tender law- 135, subs. 1-3 and 136. See section "Exclusion" of the ESPD document. - In addition, the bidder must confirm that the tenderer is not covered by the voluntary exclusion grounds in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, no. 1-6. See section "Exclusion" of the ESPD document. depending on when the tenderer was established or started his business, the tenderer must enclose null figuresin the form of the tenderer's equity for the most recent completed financial years.

The following municipalities intend to enter into framework agreements at the date of entry into force of the agreement on 1.9.2019:

- Skive Municipality, Torvegade 10, 7800 Skive

- Rebild Municipality, Hobrovej 110, 9530 Sterging

- Viborg Municipality, Prinsens Alle 5, 8800 Viborg

- Skanderborg Municipality, Skanderborg Faelled 1, 8660 Skanderbirg

- Municipality of Norddjurs, Torvet 3, 8500 Grenaa

Tenderer must confirm that the tenderer is not covered by the compulsory exclusion grounds in section 135 (1) of the Tender Act. 1 to 3 and 136 (see ESPD's section "Exclusion").

In addition, the bidder must confirm that the tenderer is not covered by the following voluntary exclusion grounds, in section 137 of the Public Procurement Act (see ESPD's section: "Exclusion"):

- The tenderer has failed the debtthe obligations within the environmental, social or labor law area, cf. 1, no. 1,

- The tenderer is declared bankrupt or is under insolvency or liquidation proceedings or the like, cf. 1, no. 2,

- The tenderer in connection with the exercise of his profession can be shown to have committed serious negligence which casts doubt on bidding.the integrity of the animal, cf. 1, no. 3,

- The tenderer has entered into an agreement for the purpose of distortion of competition, cf. 1, no. 4,

- The tenderer has substantially breached a previous public contract and the breach has resulted in the termination or similar sanction of the contract, cf. 1, no. 5,

- The tenderer piously andimproperly attempting to affect the decision-making process of the contracting entity, has obtained confidential information which may give the tenderer unlawful benefits or gross negligence has provided misleading information which may have a significant influence on the exclusion decisions, the assessment of the minimum suitability, selection or awarding of contracts, Section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act 1, no. 6.

No signature is required on the ESPD document.

For Danish companies, a service certificate from the Danish Business Authority will be requested as proof that the winning bidder is not covered by an exclusion ground, cf. this service certificate must be issued a maximum of 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders.
