Supply and delivery of natural gas and associated services for the city of Lille and its communes associates Lomme and Hellemmes as well as their CCAS.

The city of Lille and its associated municipalities of Lomme and Hellemmes, as well as their CCAS, launch a consultation in grouping of order according to the procedure of the open invitation to tender (articles 25-i- 1, 66 to 68 of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016) with a view to the conclusion of a framework agreement with subsequent markets and concomitantly, the first market following, vito meet the following needs:

- supply and transmission of gas,

- associated services.

The framework agreement is passed without a minimum amount or maximum amount for a period of four years firm from the date mentioned in its notification . the benefits of the first subsequent call will be executed for the current period from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2020. This first subsequent step, as well as-the following ones will have the form of unit price marches, without minimum amount or maximum amount, to which will be applied the quantities actually consumed. Subsequent steps will be taken when the need arises. estimated annual consumption of the contracting authority: 36 305 MWh / year

In the hypothesis of a delivery of fold according to the traditional device (except Mps), the economic operators can use at choice:
