This framework agreement is concluded for a group of command of which the coordinator is Coeur d'Essonne Agglomeration, which processes this framework agreement. The members of the group, who each provide for their part, the execution of their needs are Arpajon, Breuillet, Bruyeres-le-Chatel, Egly, Fleury Merogis, Ollainville, Saint-Germain-les-Arpajon, Sainte Genevieve des Bois and Villiers-sur-Orge.

This framework agreement is concluded for a group of command whose coordinator is Cœur d'Essonne Agglomeration which proceeds to the execution of this framework agreement. The members of the group, who each ensureFor their part, the execution of their needs are Arpajon, Breuillet, Bruyeres-le-Chatel, Egly, Fleury Merogis, Ollainville, Saint-Germain-les-Arpajon, Sainte Genevieve des Bois and Villiers-sur-Orge.

The services are the subject of a fractionation into purchase orders within the meaning of articles 78 and 80 of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets.

The minimum and maximum amounts oforder for the total duration of the framework agreement, where applicable, including renewal periods, are defined as follows:

- minimum order amount: 500 000, 00 EUR before tax,

- maximum order amount: 5 000 000, 00 EUR HT.

- declaration of intention to tender (DC1 - prints last version),

- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if it is in receivership

- turnoverfor the supplies subject of the present consultation, carried out during the last 3 financial years available
