Purchase of furniture within the project "Furnishing of educational spaces" from the University of Galaţi, UGAL-MOB ", according to the specifications in the specifications.

Public procurement of supply FURNITURE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING, as specified in the specifications
Requirement no. 1.
The bidders, third-party supporters and subcontractors must not be found in the situations provided in art. 59-60, 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.
The method of fulfillment:
The DUAE will be completed in accordance with art. 193 ain the. (1) of Law no. 98 / 2016.
The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE will be presented, at the request of the contracting authority / entity only to the tenderer ranked first in the intermediate ranking prepared at the end of the evaluation of the tenders are:
- certificates confirming the lack of outstanding debts, regarding the payment of taxestelephones, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation,
- the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator, or of to those who have power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certificatethe ascertaining issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act,
- as the case may be, documents proving that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement,
- other supporting documents, as the case may be.
If in the country of origin or the country in which the successful bidder / third party is establishedor / the subcontractor does not issue documents of the nature provided for above or those documents do not cover all the situations provided for in articles 164, 165 and 167, the contracting authority / entity has the obligation to accept a declaration on its own responsibility or, if in the respective country there are no legal provisions regarding the declaration on its own responsibility, an authentic statement given in frontof a notary, of an administrative or judicial authority or of a professional association that has competence in this regard.
