The object of the contract is the acquisition of "Interior furniture for offices, meeting and videoconferencing halls, lobby, lounge and loungeand for public relations, spaces for maintenance personnel / drivers / managers "for the investment objective" Extension of the headquarters of D.G.R.F.P Cluj-Napoca. "

The object of the contract is the acquisition of "Interior furniture for offices, meeting rooms and videoconferencing, in-room buffethalls and halls for public relations, spaces for maintenance personnel / drivers / managers "for the investment objective" Extension of the headquarters of D.G.R.F.P Cluj Napoca ". 1

Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.

The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will complete the choir requirementin the DUAE form in the awarding documentation. The framing of the situation stipulated in art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding the public procurement attracts the exclusion of the bidder from the procedure applied for awarding the public acquisition contract. 2

The bidders, third parties and subcontractors should not be found in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 in conjunction with art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 of the Law no. 98/2016. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by the completion of the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder placed on the first place in the rankingmediator to complete the bids. These documents may be: - - certificates for the absence of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation, - the criminal record of the economic operator and members of the administration, management or supervisory bodyof the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as follows from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, - as the case may be, documents proving that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 pr- the economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will fill in the corresponding requirement in the DUAE form, according to art. 193 par.
