The subject of public procurement is a supply of retrofitting of recreational and training facilities, i. bed, wardrobe, conference, seating, furniture for work and accessories at the premises of the contracting authority. Supply of the delivery is a professional fitting supplier, transport and location in designated areascontracting authority. The subject of the contract will be both typical and atypical elements of retrofitting of recreational and training facilities. A detailed description of the subject of the public procurement is found in the tender documentation B.1. Description of the subject of the contract.

The requirements of -32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Z.z. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws in the wording of the lattero Applicant demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions for participation in public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. (2) of the Act in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Personal Status under the Act. 2 sheets. It is not sufficient for the application to be delivered to an e-mail address of the contact person of the contracting authority. The above procedure applies even if the economic entity receives the tender documents from the Profile of the contracting authority or in some other way. In line with the principle of equal treatment with interested parties and the principle of transparency, the contracting authority hasin the case of communication, the contracting authority will not take into account the fact that the contracting authority in the tender documents did not express any individual communication in particular cases.
