The subject of public procurement is the supply of recreational and training equipmentthe device, i. bed, wardrobe, conference, seating, furniture for work and accessories at the premises of the contracting authority. The delivery is a professional fitting contractor, transport and location in the designated area of the contracting authority. The subject of the contract will be both typical and atypical elements of retrofitting of recreational and training facilities. The subject of public procurement is a supply of retrofitting of recreational and training facilities, i. bed, wardrobe, conference, seating, furniture for work and accessories at the premises of the contracting authority. Supply of the delivery is a professional fitting supplier, transport and location in designated areascontracting authority. The subject of the contract will be both typical and atypical elements of retrofitting of recreational and training facilities. A detailed description of the subject of the public procurement is found in the tender documentation B.1. Description of the subject of the contract.

The requirements of -32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Z.z. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws in the wording of the lattero Applicant demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions for participation in public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. (2) of the Act in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Personal Status under the Act. 2 sheets. (e) the claimant shall produce a document entitling him to deliver the goods in his possession to the subject of the order. In the case of an applicant who makes a group of suppliers involved in public procurement, it is required to prove that the conditions for participation in the personal status of each member of the group are satisfied. The fulfillment of the relevant conditions in accordance with Section 32 1 letter. (e) the law proves a member of the group only in relation to that part of the subject of the contract, which is to be ensured. The fulfillment of the conditions in part can be proved by the completed Single European Document (JED) pursuant to Section 39 1 lawand it must be clearly apparent to the applicant that the document in question is clearly that, in terms of scope and content, it satisfies the requirements of the single European document laid down by the contracting authority on the day on which the tender is submitted and is capable of proving this fact.- A copy of the original or certified true copy of all the documents referred to in this sectionnotices concerning the award of public contracts.

There are detailed conditions concerning the proof of the applicant's personal status as stated in the tender documents in Part A2. 2.1 Applicants can meet the conditions of part-time use of the Single European Document within the meaning of - 39 of the Act on Welfare, while the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part are submitted to the contracting authority by the applicant-55 par. 1 2.2 The client demonstrates his financial and economic status:

2.2.1 according to - 33 par. 1 letter. Communication and exchange of information in public procurement shall be carried out on the spot, by electronic means. To the interested party, I will be complimented with the tender documents and any other documents related to the tender documents, which are intended for the public procurement of the offer in the electronic system at the electronic address www.ezakazky.sk In case of need of explanation of the conditions for participation in the public procurement, the tender documents or other accompanying documentdocuments or other documents provided by the contracting authority within the time limit for submitting tenders, according to the law, any of the persons concerned may request, within the statutory period, a specific law on public procurement to explain them directly through the electronic system www.ezakazky.sk. The request for explanation must be delivered within a reasonable period specified by the law through electronic communicationsportal www.ezakazky.sk. It is not sufficient for the application to be delivered to an e-mail address of the contact person of the contracting authority. The above procedure applies even if the economic entity receives the tender documents from the Profile of the contracting authority or in some other way. In line with the principle of equal treatment with interested parties and the principle of transparency, the contracting authority hasin the case of communication, the contracting authority will not take into account the fact that the contracting authority in the tender documents did not express any individual communication in particular cases. Further details on electronic communications are provided in the tender documentation. Since the publisher of Public Procurement in the Form of the Notice of Public Disclosureprovisioning limits the number of characters that can be inserted in this formula into a text attribute field, it is not possible to specify the terms of the electronic communication in the text of the Notices.
