This description refers to: Supply of liquid fuels - heating and lubricants, of the Municipality of Kilkis and NPRD - NDIP, year 2018, segments 1-10, budget of EUR 1 818 997.61 for themaintenance and movement of vehicles, and the coverage of the heating needs of buildings, of all the Services falling under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Kilkis and of the Law Enforcement Agencies. and NIPID, for the period from the signing of the contract up to 1 year, according to the number P3 / 2019.

This description refers to: Supply of liquid fuels - heating and heatingoil and lubricants, Kilkis Municipality and NPRD-NDID, year 2018, Sections 1 to 10, Budget 1 818 997, 61 EUR for the maintenance and movement of vehicles, and covering the heating needs of the buildings, all the Services falling under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Kilkis and the Legal Entities of the Republic of Cyprus. and NPICs, for the period from the signing of the contract up to 1 year, according to the number. P3 / 2019.

According to the decision of the Municipal Council No. 19/2019 determining the method of implementation of the budget of EUR 1 873 997.62, the 11th budget section of EUR 55 000.00 will be awarded by a short competition, pursuant to article 6 par. 10 of Law 4412/2016 and for this reason it does not appear as a tender.

Economic operators whoare established in a Member State of the European Union, are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement laid down in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016 .

In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (E.OR) or to third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registeredthe associations of economic operators submitting a joint tender, submit the above, where appropriate, supporting documents, for each economic entity that participates in the association, in accordance with the specific provisions of Article 19 par. 2 of law 4412 / 2016.

The right of participation of the economic operators and theterms and conditions for their participation are defined in paragraphs 2.2.1) to 2.2.4).

For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, a Participation Letter of Guarantee, 1% per annum, is deposited by the participating economic operators (tenderers) part of the commissioned items of the budgeted amount excluding VAT.
