Framework agreement for fuels and Adblue for the HVZ Waasland

This public contract concerns a framework agreement of minimum 1 year and maximum 4 years for the supply of fuels in bulk, AdBlue in drums and fuels with accompanying fuel card system for the vehicles of the Waasland emergency zone.

This parcel concerns the supply of fuels with the corresponding fuel card system for the Beveren fire station, Gravendreef 5, 9120 Beveren. * The UEA, by which the tenderer declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17-6-2016.

The UEA, with which the tenderer declares that he is satisfiedobey the following selection criteria:

1. An appropriate bank statement drawn up in accordance with the model set out in appendix 11 of the Royal Decree of April 18, 2017.
