Supply of heating fuels, ie 471, 000 liters of heating oil (petroleum), for the needsof the Regional Unity of Ioannina and its legal persons with territorial jurisdiction, for the period from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2019.

The supporting documents include all the certificates, supporting documents and other documents as listed in Annex B of the relevant as well as the letter of guarantee for participation in the tender.using the platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (EISDIS) through the portal www.promitheus.gov.gr of the system. Tenders are submitted by the economic operators electronically via the www.promitheus.gov.gr web portal of ESDI, by the closing date and time set by the relevant declaration, in Greek, -in an electronic envelope, in accordance with the provisions of article 11 of the Ministerial Decision P1 / 2390/2013 (Official Gazette / B / 2677 / 21.10.2013: and in Law 4412/2016). 15.10.2018, Monday at 3.00 pm After the deadline for electronic submission of tenders, there is no possibility of submitting a bid in the system.after the closing date for the submission of tenders, that is, on Friday, October 19, 2018, at 10:00 am, through the competent bodies of the Contracting Authority certified in the system,, for the remainder of the relevant provisions, for the award of public contracts and procedures.-(s) are required to have a digital signature, issued by a certified digital signing authority, and enrolled in the electronic system (ESDIS - Portal www.promitheus.gov.gr).

- the discount percentage, in percent (%), shall be calculated on the basis of the legal tender each time, average selling price of each item, according to Annex A, on the day of delivery, corresponding to the quality and all other characteristics. The above percentage may also be negative, not exceeding 5%, according to article 63 of Law 4257/1414.

The legally formed instrumentthe price is taken exclusively by the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness of the Ministry of Development for the region of Ioannina, as required by article 63 of Law 4257/2014 (A 93).

All prices are for goods delivered, free of duties and charges.

The offer for motor fuels and the award will take place for both items to 1 bidder. Tailtimes that will not cover all the quantities of both types of motor fuel, will be rejected as unacceptable.

In addition, in terms of traffic fuels, given the different quantities and different prices for each item, the lowest price will be determined globally and for the 2 types and the result will be awarded to the bidder, which will offer the highest discount rateof the total traffic fuel budget
