Fuels are used to fuel vehicles fitted to the C.E. Oltenia S.A.

The fuels are used to supply the vehicles of the C.E. Oltenia S.A.

Minimum AC quantity = 46 964 liters gasoline and 178-850 liters of diesel; maximum capacity AC = 93, 928 liters gasoline and 357, 700 liters diesel.

Minimum quantity CS = 23, 482 liters of gasoline and 89, 425 liters of diesel; the maximum quantity CS = 46, 964 liters of gasoline and 178, 850 liters of diesel fuel.

The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 225, 814 RON.

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not be in the situationare provided in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99/2016. The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: By the closing date for submission of tenders, the economic operators will submit to the SEAP the DUAE form accompanied by the declaration of non-compliance with the situations stipulated in art. 73 of Law 99/2016 for bidders, third parties and subcontractors, to the extent that this(Form 6). The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders.

These documents may be:

Offering the same price list placed in the first place: if twoor more bidders placed in the first place have the same price, the contracting authority will request clarification through SEAP and will require bidders in this situation to submit in electronic format through SEAP a new financial proposal and the framework agreement will be awarded to the new bidder the financial proposal has the lowest price. If and after reothe bid prices are equal, then the contracting authority will ask for a new price offer until the price can be made. Without prejudice to the provisions of Law no. 182/2002 on the protection of classified information, with subsequent modifications and completions, the economic operator shall specify in the submitted offer the information contained in the technical proposal and in thefinancial statements considered to be confidential, classified, protected by an intellectual property right to the extent that the disclosure of such information objectively would prejudice the legitimate interests of the economic operator, in particular as regards commercial secrecy and intellectual property.
