Purchase of Potatoes, Vegetables, Roots and Fruits Training Center Salpaus Restaurant Services Offices 1.1.2020 31.12.2021. It is possible to extend the contract for one (1) year from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022 and possibly another (2) year for 1 year..1.2023 31.12.2023.

Purchase Item Description:

The procurement will establish a single (1) supplier framework. Breaking down multiple vendors would be considerably more difficultsite ordering and inventory management. In addition, the subscriber seeks to reduce the environmental load caused by logistics. The framework agreements fix fixed prices for a month for potatoes, vegetables, roots and chopped products. For volatile vegetables, roots and fruits, the supplier shall communicate the prices weekly, with theicon Thursday. The customer chooses the most economically advantageous supplier in the comparison. The annual consumption heaps mentioned in the request for quotation are indicative estimates and are based on the previous year`s consumption heaps and do not bind the subscriber. The total price of the award criteria takes into account the volume products presented in the invitation to tender. Included in the total cost of myoes other purchases of vegetables, roots and fruits and organic products. Orders are made as needed. The Subscriber retains the right to invoke outside vendors and regionally traded products for seasons, theme days and national holidays for special products and product development needs.

Delivery Security:

The Supplier commits itself to the security of supply and monitors its implementation. Deliveries will be made according to the agreed schedule and any deviations will be reported to the customer in order to avoid possible adverse effects and myoyou can`t be minimized. Complaint Handling:
