Main Site: Main place or location of the implementation:

Description of the work.

- Forest farming works TW: care treatments of the young stand generation; agritechnical melioration: removal of expansive neophyte species, such as knotweed, bird cherry, white robinia, Douglas firshe, white snow and spruce.

- Forest protection works maintenance, repair and repair of fences of reconstructed areas, construction of new fences, control of selected insect species, removal of trees and parts thereof from road gauges, removal of felled trees or trees that pose a threat of overthrow next to buildings, structures and public places.

- Ochrshe fire department:

a. maintenance of fire-fighting equipment,

b. renewing fire lanes.

c. maintenance of fire access, removal of trees and parts thereof from the fire access gauge and felled or representing a danger of being overturned by fire access.

- Works related to the implementation of reconstruction and protective cuts in the stands of the Wolin National Park, i.e. reconstruction and cutcare, accidental cuts along with logging harvested wood raw material.

- Overthrow of whole trees with roots.

- Tourist maintenance:

- garbage collection, selective collection of waste,

- replacement of bags in garbage bins,

- mowing grass, cutting bushes,

- cleaning tourist infrastructure, securing wooden elements of tourist equipment with preservative impregnationji wood,

- parking lot preparation for the summer season Turquoise lake the task includes such work as: mowing lawns, performing works in the field of tree and shrub care, cleaning and sweeping the asphalt surface, clearing channels draining rainwater from the surface, collecting garbage, changing bags in the bins for collecting waste,

- execution and repairstourist equipment: wooden barriers, greetings, boards for boards, earth and wooden stairs, palisades, renewal of marking of tourist routes,

- ongoing repairs of track surfaces and places made available within the Wolin National Park.

- Natural and technical monitoring:

- repair and maintenance of stationary monitoring devices (e.g. cleaning and painting, prcarpentry ace, among others piezometers, weather stations, bridges).

- Other administration activities:

- preparation of fuel for the office.

Detailed description of the activities is included in Annex No. 1.1 to the ToR.

The Employer reserves the right to:

a) change the size of the works indicated in Annexes No. 1.1 1.4 to SWIZ, not more than by 10% of the gross value of the contract concluded, in particular in the case of:

I.the existence of important natural causes justified by the requirements of nature protection, in particular: the state of vegetation in meadows and dunes, the degree of regrowth of reed blade, knotweed and shrubs, high water level in meadows,

II. drastic changes in biotopes caused by natural disasters;

b) changes in the location of individual works in the event ofcircumstances justified by the requirements of nature protection or the economic interests of the Employer,

c) changes in the percentage share (up to 20% compared to the planned) of individual groups of wood sorting and the type of wood at individual items and within a given part of the order,

d) early commencement of works in the field of reconstruction cuts and care cuts planned fork next in the event of early completion of this type of work commissioned in a given year, in accordance with the provisions of point 6.2.d of the ToR. are the basis for raising any claims against the Employer.
