The object of the contract is to perform tasks in the field of active protection to protect habitats: 6210 Xerothermic grasslands, 91E0Willow, poplar, alder and ash riparian forests and 91F0 Riparian oak, elm and ash forests.

Main Site: RP Gora Gipsowa.

The service consists of the following works:

1. Mowing xerothermic grasslands from August 20 to 1.9.2020. One third of the surface of well-preserved grassland patches should be left untreated; the location and exact size of these patches will be indicated by the nature supervisionprovided by the Employer. The Contractor is obliged to mark in the area indicated patches of grasslands for the time of works, i.e. for the time of mowing and harvesting biomass.

2. Removal of black locust shoots using arboricide (spot spraying or lubrication), once at the turn of September and October 2020 (weather conditions included).

3. Cutting mulch lobesines and reeds on the dates: at the turn of May and June 2020 and between 20 August and 1.9.2020 (in parallel with mowing grasslands). The location of the patches for mowing will be indicated by the nature supervision provided by the Employer. The contractor must mark these patches in the field until mowing is completed.

4. Biomass removal: harvested biomass should be removed outside of the sitework within a maximum of 14 days after mowing, but it is allowed to leave it in heaps on the part of plot No. 60/19 adjacent to the reserve and on plot No. 341/2 (for agreeing this possibility with the owners / managers of plots, respectively: the commune of Kietrz and Rudy Raciborskie Forest District, responds to the Employer). Biomass storage in wells is unacceptablethe land filled with water will be agreed with the natural supervision.

Contractors who are not subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 1 of the PPL Act and meet the conditions for participation in the procedure. In terms of demonstrating compliance by the Contractor with the conditions for participation in the procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the ToR, the Contractor submits the current payment offer in pof the Single European Order Document (EAT), any obligation on the third party if the Contractor relies on the resources of the third party and the power of attorney to sign the bid if the Contractor has appointed a representative to represent him in the proceedings or to represent him in the proceedings and to conclude a public procurement contract, call. Orderdocuments referred to in section III.1.3. - Technical capacity and professional qualifications. In order to demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion from the procurement procedure referred to in the ToR, the Contractors attach to the offer a valid statement as at the day of submitting the offers in the form of JEDZ and at the request of the Employer the documents specified in the ToR in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development ofon July 26, 2016 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1126) regarding the types of documents that the contracting authority may request from a contractor in a procurement procedure. The Awarding Entity informs that pursuant to art. 24aa of the PPL Act, will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in progress

The Purchaser does not set a detailed condition in this respect.

The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of:

- for Part I: PLN 250.00 (two hundred fifty zlotys),

- for Part II: PLN 500.00 (five hundred zlotys) The tender bond may be lodged in one or several of the following forms:

1. money;

2. bank guarantees orguarantees of the cooperative savings and credit union, except that guaranteeing the cash is always a monetary guarantee;

3. bank guarantees;

4. insurance guarantees;

5. sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b paragraph 5 point 2 of the Act of 9.11.2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 310).

Bid bond in other formach (point 11.3.2 11.3.5) should be made via the miniPortal. The Awarding Entity requires the submission of an original document in electronic form on the terms set out in Chapter 7, with the proviso that it will be signed by a qualified electronic signature by the guarantor, i.e. the guarantee / surety issuer.o:
