The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended "The Forest Act") covering worksce in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as hunting and meadow farming to be carried out in the Zamrzenica Forest District in 2020.
Main Site: Administrative area of the Zamrzenica Forest District - Klonia, Leontynowo and Pieńkowo Forest District
Providing services on forest management, including work in the field of forest management and protection, protectionfire prevention, logging and skidding, preparation of the wood for tanning the office and cleaning of the surface after cutting cuts from logging residues using a shredder, as well as works related to soil preparation and restoration in disaster areas in the Klonia, Leontynowo and Pieńkowo forests,
the Employer does not place specific requirements in description of compliance with thiscondition of participation in the proceedings. The condition with regard to the financial situation will be met if the Contractor demonstrates that he has the financial means or creditworthiness not less than:

1. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in 67 section 1 item 6 of the PZP, within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract, with a value of up to 100% of the value of the basic contract. These orders will be awarded on the terms described in item 5 of the ToR
2. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the post may participate in the proceedingsProceedings for granting an order in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 points 12-23 of the Public Procurement Law, art. 24 paragraph 5 points 1-2 and 4-8Pzp. Grounds for exclusion from the procedure are listed in item 6.1 of the ToR.
3. They should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location, at the expense of reducing the number of works in another location within the gross value of the subject of the contract. The corrections will apply to works carried out in the field appropriate for the works included in the description of the subject of the contract related to the given part. Necessityand the size of certain elements of the order being implemented in the course of performing the subject of the order may also occur in order to carry out the full scope of work described in the subject of the order. The new location is determined as part of the subject of the order.
10. The Awarding Entity requires the lodging of a security on due performance of the contract in height 1.5 Nyum, in accordance with point 17SIWZ.
11. Progressit is not conducted in the form of an open tender, in accordance with the rules provided for "Reverse procedure", referred to in Article 24aa (1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law.
