"Performing forest management services in the Zamrzenica Forest District in 2020"

1) The contract is for forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended "Act on forests") covering works in the field offorest reclamation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery and seed production, hunting and meadow farming, as well as on-call duty at the Dispatching Point (PAD), to be carried out at the Zamrzenica Forest District in 2020.
Main Site: Area Administrative Forest District Zamrzenica- forestry Bukowiec and Branica
Provision of economic services leof nature, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, preparation of the wood for tanning the office and cleaning of the surface after cutting cuts from logging residues using a shredder in the forestry of Bukowiec and Branica, as well as works related to soil preparation and restoration in disaster areas in forestryKlonia and Leontynowo;
The Employer does not set specific requirements as to the description of compliance with this condition of participation in the proceedings. The condition with regard to the financial situation will be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that he has the funds at his disposalfinancial or creditworthiness not less than:

1. The Employer provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in 67 section 1 item 6 of the PZP, within 3 years from the date of the basic order, with a value of up to 100% of the value of the basic order. These orders will be awarded on the terms described in item 5 of the ToR
2.Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the procurement procedure in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 points 12-23 of the Public Procurement Law, art. 24 paragraph 5 points 1-2 and 4-8Pzp. Grounds for exclusion from the procedure are listed in item 6.1 of the ToR.
3. List of declarations or documents which the contractors are required to provide to confirm that they are missinggrounds for exclusion from the procedure and to confirm that the conditions for participation have been met are contained in par. 7 SETC.
4. A detailed description of the criteria that the awarding entity will use when selecting the offer and the way of assessing and comparing the offers is provided in par. 14 of the SETC. Information on formalities that should be completed after selecting the offer in order to conclude the contract is included in paragraph 15 of the SSC.

Due to the actual natural and weather situation that cane occurring during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as withholding the actions indicated in individual lines of the tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not meanThe introduction of new works that are not covered by the scope of the basic order, and reducing adjustments do not mean complete resignation from some works. They should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location, at the expense of reducing the number of works in another location within the gross value of the subject of the contract. The corrections will apply to works performed in the field appropriate for the works included in opand the subject of the order related to the given part. The need to increase the size of some elements of the order being carried out in the course of performing the subject of the order may also occur in order to carry out the full scope of work described in the subject of the order. The new location is determined as part of the subject of the order.
10. The Awarding Entity requires the lodging of a security guaranteeordering a contract in the amount of 1.5 nyumum, in accordance with item 17SIWZ.
11. The procedure is conducted in an open tender, in accordance with the rules provided for "Reverse procedure", referred to in Article 24aa (1) and (2) of the PPL.concerning the acquisition and concession of wood, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 - 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code
13. The contracting authority is the administrator of personal data in public procurement proceedings.
