The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the Bolesławiec Forest District in 2020.

Main Site: Poland, voivodeship Dolnośląskie, Bolesławiec poviat, area administered by the Bolesławiec Forest District, forestry: Jeziory, Głuszec, Daniel, Krępnica, Bukowy Las, Dobra, Osieczow, Brzeźnik. The subject of the contract are services in the field of economyforest as defined in art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended hereafter: "Act on forests") covering works on forest management (in the field of farming and forest protection, fire protection), logging and skidding, to be carried out in the Bolesławiec Forest District in 2020. A detailed description of the subject of the contract aboutwas outlined in Annexes 3, 4 and 5 to the ToR. . The condition with regard to the financial situation will be met if the Contractor demonstratesthat it has financial resources or creditworthiness not less than:

I) for Package I

The procedure is conducted under an open tender pursuant to art. 10 paragraph 1 and art. 39 46 of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019item 1843 from late d. hereinafter "PZP") and executive acts to the PZP.

The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure", referred to in Article 24aa section 1 and 2 Public Procurement Law.

Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings referred to in Art. 22 paragraph 1b PZP (chapter 6.2. Of the ToR) and are not subject to exclusion fromproceeding to divide the order in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 12-23 PZP, art. 24 paragraph 5 points 1 2i 4 8 PZP (chapter 6.1.SIWZ)

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the PZP, within 3 years from the date of the basic order. These orders will consist in the repetition of services similar to those constituting the subjectiot of this order. Material scope of services referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the PZP shall not exceed 50% of the value of the basic order

The Employer allows the possibility of changing the provisions of the Agreement. A detailed description of the admissible changes is included in the contract template constituting Annex 13 to the ToR.PLN 168 497.83

The bid security should be lodged before the bid submission deadline.

The bid security may be lodged in one or several of the following forms:
