The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art.6 par.1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended "Laws of forests") covering works in the field offor forest protection and protection, fire protection, logging and logging, maintenance of forestry facilities, seed and selection, side forest use, as well as nursery and meadow management, to be carried out in Łukow Forest District in 2020 2022. The subject of the order was divided into parts ("Package ")"

Main Site: Place of performance of the contract will be the area adMinisterial Forestry Łukow Forest District: Sarnow, Kujawy, Wojcieszkow, Gułow, Korwin, Stoczek.

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended "Forest Acts") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, itemtimber harvesting and maintenance of forestry facilities, seed and selection, side forest use, as well as nursery and meadow management, to be carried out in Łukow Forest District in 2020 2022.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works

in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, and maintenance of facilitiesforest, seed and selection, side forest utilization as well as nursery and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- Annex 3.1. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, scope of work,

- Annex 3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order summary,

- Annex 3.3. Skidding distances

- attachment No. 3.4 Sorting systemy wood harvesting

Annex 3.5 Catalogs of time standards for forestry works introduced by the Regulation No. 99 of the General Director of State Forests of November 21, 2003

- Annex 3.6 Company standards

The Employer does not set specific requirements for the description of compliance with this condition of participation in the

Proceedings.

The Employer does not impose specific requirements as to the description of compliance with the condition ua department in proceedings regarding a condition regarding economic viability. The condition with regard to the financial situation will be met if the Contractor proves that he has the financial means or creditworthiness not less than:

I) for Package I

PLN 387 000.

II) for Package II

PLN 496 000

III) for Package III

PLN 20, 000

9. TENDER REQUIREMENTS

9.1. Purchaser requires a wadium in the amount specified below for Packages:

For Package I in the amount of PLN 116, 000

For Package II in the amount of PLN 149, 000

For Package III in the amount of PLN 6, 000 The bid bond may be lodged in one or several of the following forms:

1) money,

2) bank guarantees or cooperative guarantees of a savings and credit union, within that the guarantee of the cash register is always a monetary guarantee,

3) bank guarantees,

4) insurance guarantees,

5) guarantees granted by entities referred to in art. 6b paragraph 5 points 2 of the Act of November 9, 2000 establishing the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 310, as amended).

9.3. The deposit paid in cash must be made with a transferm into the bank account of the Ordering Party in the bank PE KA O S.A. account number: 70124026981111001045207144 with the note: deposit for securing the offer in the proceedings for "Forestry services in the Łukow Forest District in 2020-2022 Package ___________________." A deposit in cash will be effective if it is credited to the bank account by the specified datemawiającego.

9.4. From the content of the bid bond made in the form of: bank surety, surety for the cooperative savings and credit union, bank guarantee, insurance guarantee or sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b paragraph 5 points 2 of the Act of November 9, 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development should result unconditionalthe formal request submitted by the Employer within the period of being bound by the offer, the guarantor`s obligation to pay the Employer the full amount of the bid bond in the circumstances specified in art. 46 section 4a PZP and art. 46 section 5 PZP

9.5. The bid security paid in a form other than money should be submitted together with the Offer in the original in electronic form, i.e. with a qualified electronic signature of authorized personsto issue it. The bid bond must secure the bid for a given part of the contract throughout the period of the bid. 89 paragraph 1 point 7b PZP.

9.6. The content of the bid bond must contain the following elements:

1) the name of the principal (Contractor), beneficiary ofarrangement / surety (ordering party), guarantor (bank or insurance institution providing the guarantee / surety) and indication of their seat,

2) specification of the claim to be secured by a guarantee / surety, specification of the subject of the order

3) amount of the guarantee / surety,

4) the guarantor / guarantor`s obligation to pay unconditionally

and irrevocably the amount of the guarantee / suretyat the first written request of the Employer in the circumstances specified in art. 46 section 4a PZP and art. 46 section 5 PZP

17. PROTECTION OF PROPER PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT

17.1. The contracting authority requires a performance bond to be provided by the contractor whose offer has been found to be the most advantageous in a given Package.

17.2. The performance bond will be 1% of the pricetotal resulting from the given part of the order (given Package).
