The subject of this part of the public procurement is the provision of services related to activities related mainly to forest management in the sense of - 2 letter. (d) forest law (hereinafter referred to as "forestry activities") within the scope of a defined landing facility (SUJ) Forestry activities include: a)-incl. supply of planting material; (b) mining activities as well as the provision of other related services and supplies. In accordance with Section 77 (1) of the Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the Award of Public Procurements ("Act" only):

The fulfillment of professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act proves the supplier who submits the extract from a trade registry or the like, if another law prescribes it-such evidence requires. According to - 77 par. a) Act:

The contracting authority requires proof of fulfillment of the professional qualification by submitting documents on the right of establishment to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public offer, ie proof of proof of the supplier's reputation and ka) the carrying out of cultivation activities b) . c) the law:

The sponsor requires proof of fulfillment p(a) a document pursuant to Section 86 of Act No. 326/2004 Coll., b) a license pursuant to Section 20 (1) of Act No. 149/2003 Coll.
