Implementation of mining activity with the sale of previously "when PNI" - LS Telč November 2018

The object of the VZ (resp. Its individual components) is the proper provision of services consisting in activities mainly related to forest management within the meaning of - 2. d) of the forest Act (hereinafter "forestry activities") within the framework definesnot a contract landing unit (SUJ). The forestry activities to be performed by the SUJ participant include mining activities as well as the provision of other related services and supplies which are narrowly specified by the sponsor in the LV and their adjoining activities. Detailed information will be given in the documentation.

The subject of this partservice activities related to activities related mainly to forest management within the meaning of - 2 of the Decree. (d) forest law (hereinafter referred to as "forestry activities") within the scope of the defined contractual landing (SUJ). According to - 77 par. (a) the law: The contracting authority requires proof of professional competence by submitting evidence of the right to take up business to the extent of the subject of the public offer; the contracting authority requires proof that the contractor is authorized to carry out mining operations. If you are still in force, the end of the time limit for bidding is valid as of the date of commencement of this transactionor if it is shifted at the latest on the 17th October 2018 inclusive, the Contractor shall be entitled to submit a bid for the entire period of time for the submission of the offer, based on the supplier's consideration, either in paper or in electronic form. If the deadline for submitting offers is terminated later than October 17, 2018, the Contractor shall be obliged to submit the offer only on October 18, 2018 (including)ronical form. See ZD
