The object of the VZ is the proper provision of services whereby the activities mainly related to forest management in within the meaning of Article 2 of the Treaty. d) of the Forest Act (hereinafter "forestry activities") within the contractual territorial units Ostry. LesniThe activities to be performed by a participant in the SUJ include mining activities as well as the provision of other related services and supplies which are narrowly specified by the sponsor in the LV and their attrition. Detailed information will be provided in the accompanying documentation.

The subject of the VZ is the provision of services related to activities related toespecially with management in forests in the sense of - 2 of the Land Code. (d) Forestry Act (hereinafter referred to as "forestry activities") within the contract territory of the Ostry unit. Forestry activities to be carried out by the SUJ participant include mining activities as well as the provision of other related services and supplies which are narrowly specified by the Contracting Authority ZD and their approach-In accordance with Section 77 (1) of the Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the Award of Public Procurements (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"): The fulfillment of professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act proves the supplier who submits the extract from the Commercial Register registration or otherwise similar to the filing, if another law requires such registration to be required by Article 77 (2) (a) of the Act: The Contracting Authority requires proof of professional fulfillmentby submitting documents on the right of establishment to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public offer, ie documents proving the supplier's right to carry out the mining activities.
