(d) the Forest Act (hereinafter referred to as "the Forest Act"), which are related to forest management in the sense of Article 2(SUJ) Javornik (122257) Forestry activities that will be selected by the SUJ participant include: a) cultivation activities, including the supply of planting material, b) mining activities, as well as the provision of other related activities services and supplies, which are narrowly specified by the sponsor in the ZD and their accessories.The subject of public procurement is the provision of services related to activities related mainly to forest management within the meaning of - 2 of the Land Code. (d) forest law (hereinafter referred to as "Forestry Activities") within the Javornik Contract Area (SUJ) (122257) Forestry activities to be carried out by SUJ participant include(a) cultivation activities, incl. supply of planting material; (b) mining activities, as well as the provision of other related services and supplies, which are closely specified by the Contracting Authority in the LV and their attrition. More detailed information is given in the accompanying documentation. ■ Pursuant to Section 77 (1) of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the Award of Public Contracts (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act'): Completion - Professional Competence under Section 77 (1)the law proves a contractor who submits an extract from the commercial register or other similarly to the register, if another legal regulation requires such a record. According to - 77 par. a) Act: The contracting authority requires proof of fulfillment of the professional qualification by submitting documents on the right to business to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public offer, ie documents proving the supplier's right to a)(b) the carrying out of cultivation activities, (c) the carrying out of mining activities. According to - 77 par. c) Act: The contracting authority requires proof of professional competence by submitting documents certifying the professional competence of the contractor or the persons with professional competence, namely: a) document pursuant to Section 86 of Act No. 326/2004 Coll., b)pursuant to Section 20 (1) of Act No. 149/2003 Coll.
