Implementation of inventory of GT, development of maps, LSD plan and plan for activities for protection of firefighting from fires and development of forest inventories. GST for GTSD within the scope of TPP Pirdop TP to the JSCP The envisaged activities and quantities for fulfillment of the subject of the order are as followsthey are:

Main Site: The activity area of TPD Pirdop TP, some of which can be done at the contractor's office or elsewhere, if appropriate

The procedure is opened in connection with the implementation of "Inventory Performance of forest areas, development of forest maps, plan for hunting economic activities and a plan for forestry conservation activities fromfires and the elaboration of forestry plan for the forest territories - state property in the territorial scope of TPP Pirdop to Southwest state enterprise DP - Blagoevgrad, municipalities Anton, Zlatitsa, Mirkovo, Pirdop, Chavdar, Chelopech and Koprivshtitsa. The envisaged activities and quantities for the fulfillment of the subject of the procurement are as follows: Activity 1 - "Performance of forest inventorythe territory of Forestry Territories and the elaboration of forest maps, a plan for hunting economic activities and a plan for activities for protection of forest areas from fires, in the territorial scope of TPP Pirdop to Southwestern State Enterprise, Blagoevgrad, Anton, Zlatitsa, Mirkovo, Pirdop, Chavdar, Chelopech and Koprivshtitsa, Sofia region, covering a total area of 49 262 hectares, and Activity 2 - "Production of dland plan for the forest territories - state property, in the territorial scope of TPP Pirdop to Southwest State Enterprise DP - Blagoevgrad, municipalities Anton, Zlatitsa, Mirkovo, Pirdop, Chavdar, Chelopech and Koprivshtitsa, Sofia District, on total area of 23 023 hectares On the grounds of Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Forestry Act, the participant should have: - a valid certificate for a registrarin the public register under Art. 241, para. 1 of the Forest Law Enforcement Board for the activity "Development of forest plans and programs and inventory of forest areas".

To prove, in section IV, section A: "Efficiency" of EEDOP, the participants should fill in information about the certificate registration in the public register under Art. 241, para. 1, in conjunction with Art. 14, para. 1 of the GD. If the relevant information is available in electronic format, indicate the web address, authority or service issuing the document and the exact reference to the document. Foreign entities provide information on an equivalent document from the country in which they are established.

- a document of compliance with an international standard issued by an independent certification body certifying that the trader applies a(a) Sustainable Forest Management (Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Forest Management Board / Forest Management Board or the Standards of the Forestry Certification Program (PEFC) / Forest Certification Support Program or equivalent; or (b) Quality of the production process and the proposedproducts and services (ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system certificate, ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 9001: 2015 or equivalent)

Proof in Part IV, Section D: "Quality assurance standards and environmental management standards "from EEDOP, participants should fill in the information about the certificate (s) owned.If the relevant information is available electronicallythe name of the web site, authority or service issuing the document and the exact reference of the document.

The Contracting Authority may remove from participation in a procurement procedure a candidate or participant for whom any of the following circumstances are present:

1. is bankrupt or is in bankruptcy, is in liquidation or has concluded an out-of-court disputewith their creditors in the meaning of Art. 740 of the Commerce Act, or has ceased its activity, and if the applicant or tenderer is a non-resident, is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the State in which he is established; is deprived of the right to pursue a particular profession or activity under the law of the state, which is the act committed; has entered into an agreement with other persons for the purpose of distorting competition where the infringement has been established by an act of a competent authority; (Amended and supplemented, SG No. 86/2018, effective from 1.3.2019) is proved to be guilty of non-performance of a public procurement contract or of a concession contract for construction or service, resulting in its termination or early terminationwaiver, payment of benefits or other similar sanctions, except in cases where the default affects less than 50 per cent of the value or volume of the contract; has tried to: (a) influence the decision of the assignor relating to removal, selection or award, including by providing false or misleading information; or

(b) receive information, which may give him an unjustified advantage in the procurement procedure.

For the work actually done, the contracting authority pays the contractor remuneration of 1 hectare. The maximum limit price for 1 ha is as follows:

- Inventory - 13.42 BGN (thirteen levs and forty-two stotinki) without VAT - paid by the Regional Forestry Directorate - Sofia,

- Forestry plan - 6, 75 BGN (six leva and seventy-five stotinki) without VAT - payable by Southwest State Enterprise DP, Blagoevgrad.
