Subject Specification
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of bread and pastry. The goods must be delivered undamaged in a healthy and fresh state at the highestquality and traceability of the river basin as required by the contracting authority in these tender documents and in compliance with the valid legislative SR and EU. The subject matter of the contract also includes related services connected with transport to the place of delivery, loading and unloading of the delivered goods to the warehouse to the place of destination. The quantity of individual goods will be specified by regular orders. Druhova sthe laying of the individual items of the subject of the contract is detailed in the annex to these tender documents. The subject of the contract shall comply with all the standards laid down by law for the subject of the contract, shall be of the first class and shall meet all the requirements for non - health goods. Minimum requirements for the subject of the contract:

Requirements for bread, pastry:
- withoutcontent of preservatives, synthetic dyes and flavorings,
- we require delivery within a period in which no more than elapsed time has elapsed from the time of consumption indicated on the delivered goods. 2143 / 2006-100 PK SR.
