Supply and delivery of raw foodstuffs for the summer period (July / August 2019).

- DC2 (or equivalent): a declarationthe applicant (form reference DC2, or an honor declaration on free paper duly completed by the person authorized to commit the company) accompanied by the following:

- information concerning the trade name and corporate name of the applicant; unit or establishment that will perform the service as well as its various postal and electronic addresses, ero SIRET, failing that, a European or international identification number or specific to the country of origin of the candidate resulting from a directory appearing in the list of DCIs,

- the information allowing to evaluate the financial capacities of the candidate, such as:

--- overall turnover and turnover for services performed over the past 3 financial years,

--- declaratibanks or proof of professional risk insurance; the applicant can prove its financial capacity by any other document considered equivalent by the contracting authority if it is objectively impossible to produce any of the information requested concerning its financial capacity.

The bids can only be filed by deposit dematerialise via lplatform (with the exception of samples (methods of submission of samples defined in the consultation documents), which in their case can not be the subject of a dematerialisation). For any additional information that may be needed during the course of their study, applicants must submit an application by 21.5.2019 (12: 00), under the conditions set out in the rules of the consultation. Payment is made by administrative mandate from the budget of the Caisse des ecoles. Payment of the invoice will occur no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. The contract is concluded from 28.6.2019 to 31.8.2019 inclusive. Deliveries will take place from 5 July to 30.8.2019 inclusive (purchase orders can andsent upstream of 5.7.2019). The framework agreement will not be renewed. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount. The maximum amount is 150 000 EUR HT. The estimated amount is 110 000 EUR HT. The candidate will provide in addition to the DC2 (or equivalent), references and the assurance certificate (or declaration of banks):

- DC1 or equivalent: a letter of application (letsimple or print DC1) drawn up by the legal representative of the company or the person authorized to bind the company (supply of power where applicable) mentioning the SIRET and the APE code of the company, specifying whether it is presented alone or in grouping.

If the printer does not use the DC1 printer, the letter of application or the declaration of intention to tender established on free papermust specify:

- the name and address of the candidate,

- possibly the number and nature of the lot or lots concerned,

- if the candidate is presented alone or in a group: in the latter case, designation of the members of the grouping and authorization given to the agent, - documents relating to the powers of the person empowered to bind the company, where applicable, - a declaration on the personestablished by the person empowered to bind the company to: a) not enter into any of the bidding prohibited in Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-10 of the code of the public order; the market may include options under the law of the European Union.
