1. The public procurement is for the supply of the types and prices specified in the price proposal (sample № 2)quantity of food products by months, which due to its volume and table type is applied in a separate file to the participation documentation published in the profile of the purchaser of the contracting authority. The amount of monthly consumption of the types of food required by the contracting entity during the indicated months in 2019 is indicative and is not mandatory for the purchaser to purchase.The specific quantity and type of foodstuffs to be procured will be determined by the contracting authority depending on the consumption and the eventual occurrence of the necessity to supply them within the budget possibilities and therefore the contracting authority is not bound by the purchase of the listed types and quantities by months, but only with the indicated unit value, per axlea new one to pay for food products if they are purchased. The order will be carried out by periodical deliveries of specific types and quantities of foodstuffs requested by the grantor for the months of June, July, August and September of 2019

5. The Contractor will be liable for his own account (including transport) and at his own risk to deliver the requested food productsby 10:00 am on the day following the day of filing the application (the application is filed at the e-mail address or by phone provided by the contractor) to the chair of the National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski", located at VUSB - Nesebar, municipality Nessebar, Bourgas District

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the participants

1.for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 107, item 4 in para. 2, item 45 of the PPL Act, under Art. 3, item 8 of the SIFF and the provisions of Art. Article 69 of the PCA. The participant declares the presence / absence of the specified circumstances by filling in the model eEEDOP, Part III, Section D. The Contracting Authority will remove from participation a participant who has submitted a bid exceeding the estimated valueof the order. Any member of the consortium which is not a legal entity, subcontractors and third parties, if involved, must comply with the relevant selection criteria and there should be no grounds for removal. Participant for whom there are grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the PPA has the right to present evidence under Art. 56 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Actthe tenderer declares a lack of grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria by submitting the EEDOP. Where the participant is a grouping that is not a legal entity, a separate EEDOP shall be submitted for each member of the grouping. A separate EEDOP is also submitted to subcontractors and third parties. Documents demonstrating the information specified in the EEDOP shall be provided under the conditionsof Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112 of the Public Procurement Act. Documents are submitted by any member of the non-legal grouping and subcontractors and third parties, if any.
