CPV Description: "Supply of food products for the needs of units funded by the municipal budget in Sozopol Municipality" by lot The present procurement refers to the supply of food products for the needs of the units financed by the municipal budget in Sozopol for a period of 12 (twelve) months. The nature and quantity of the assortment ofthe goods subject to the order are detailed in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority, which is an integral part of the documentation for participation.

The participant shall have an establishment registered under Art. 12 of the HH for the production or wholesale trade of foodstuffs with a scope of the registration, including all food groups from the subject of the lot in which it participates, issued by the respective SDS - For foreign participants - with an establishment registered according to an analoguein accordance with the national law of the country in which they are established.

The participant declares compliance with the requirement in EEDOP, Part IV, stating the number, date of issue, validity of the certificate if the public register for the registered circumstances indicate his web address.

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the PPL, a certificate for regplant and / or trade in foodstuff within the meaning of Art. 12 of the Food Act

If a participant - a foreign person has been selected as a contractor, he / she shall present a certificate for registration of an establishment for food production and / or trade within the meaning of Art. 12 of the Food Law

Implementation guarantee - Obligation to submit a performance guarantee occurs only to the participant specified for a public procurement contractor. The performance guarantee has a collateral and von the one hand, aims to stimulate the contractor to perform precisely and qualitatively his obligations under the public procurement contract and, on the other hand, to compensate him for his misconduct. The performance guarantee under Lot No. 1, No 2, No 3, No 4, No 5 and No 6 is 3% (three per cent) of the value of the performance contractpublic procurement. The guarantee is provided in one of the following forms:
