Open tender for dairy, cheese, butter, bread and eggs purchase, divided into 12 lots, whose total value is 548 414, 20 RON without VAT. Framework agreements with up to 3 economic operators will be concluded for each(the first three places) and the subsequent contracts will be concluded for two periods, as follows:

The tenderers will submit the DUAE (Unique European Procurement Document), in order to prove the qualification requirements, as preliminary proof.for completion and submission, from: https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter (instructions for completing DUAE are available at www.e-licitatie.ro)

The bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165, 167 of law 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillmentthe ones assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderers ranked on the first three places in the intermediate rankings drawn up to complete the evaluation of the tenders. These documents may be:

1) Finding certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts, regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general budget with(2) The judicial record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision-making (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation; or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act;case, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in the articles on public procurement: art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016

4) Other editing documents, as appropriate.

Prior to the award of the contract, the contracting authority will require tenderers ranked in the first three places after applying the award criterion.present the updated supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of all the qualification criteria, according to the information contained in the DUAE:

1) Certificate found by the National Trade Register Office of the Territorial Court in original / legalized copy / legible copy with the reference "according to the original", from which it results as the object of-the activity of the bidder includes the acquisition of the products subject to the acquisition; 2) Legal / physical persons from the country or abroad: editorial documents proving a form of registration as a legal person or registration / attestation or belonging from a professional point of view, according to with the legal provisions in the country where the applicant / tenderer is resident, with robserving the provisions of Law no. 227/2015 (for the imposition of some incomes from non-resident physical and juridical persons from Romania). Documents will be presented in original / legalized copy / legible copy with the mention "according to the original" and translated by an authorized translator.

Documents will be filled in by the affiliate, subcontractor or third party advocate.it will also be binding by the affiliate tenderer and by the supporting party if applicable.
