Procurement of ready-made meals for the needs of the Homeless People Centre, at the Public Institution Inter-municipal Center for Social Work of the City of Skopje

The condition for signing the contract whit the selected most faborable bidder is the provision of a guarantee by the selected most faborable bidder for quality performance of the contract in amount of 10% of the value of the contract.

— a statement that no effective court decision has been passed against the economic operator in the course of the last 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money- laundering,

— Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceeding are underway, issued by a competent authority,

— Certificate stating that no liquidation procedure is underway, issued by a competent authority,

— Certificate for payed taxes, contributions and other public charges, issued by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered,
