Procurement of food products for the needs of the Zadar General Hospital. The description is given in the specification of the procurement item at Task Force.

According to the specification and quantities from Task Force. Ability to perform a professional activity, and documents proving ability:

22.1. Every businessmant in this proceeding must prove his enrollment in a court, business, vocational or other appropriate register in his state of establishment. For the purposes of determining the circumstances in point 22.1. for all economic entities in the offer, submit:

- filled out ESPD form (Part IV Selection Criteria, Section A: Ability to Perform a Professional Activity: Item 1) • The Client may, prior to making a decision fromthe bidder who has submitted the most favorable bid shall submit a proof of registration of the economic operator in the court, craft, professional or other appropriate register in his country of residence within a reasonable time not less than five (5) days. The contracting authority will accept the following as sufficient proof of the economic operator's ability under item 22.1:

- For point 22.1. Excerpt from court, craft, expertknife or other appropriate register kept in a Member State of his establishment
