Set of optical elements for the existing Olympus fluorescence microscope The subject of the public procurement is the supply, installation and guarantee of upgrading of the current fluorescence microscope to which the grantor is equipped.-Main Site: The place of public procurement is the workplace of the Client located at the address of the Breeders 27, 783 71 Olomouc, Building 47, 3rd Floor, Laboratory No. 3.18. The subject of the public procurement is to supply, install and guarantee the upgrading of the current fluorescence microscope to which the contracting authority is equipped. The Contracting Authority requires proof of fulfillment of the conditions of professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) and (2). a) ZZVZ

Method of proving according to Section 77 (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure:

By submitting a copy of the commercial listing or other similar document, if another legal provisionsuch a record is required. - A foreign contractor shall submit a commercial listing or equivalent in accordance with the law applicable in the country of his domicile, place of business or domicile, in the original language, accompanied by his translation into the Czech language. The obligation to attach a translation into the Czech language does not apply to documents in the Slovak language.

Proofs proving professional competence pursuant to Section 77, paragraph 1 ZThe ZVZ must prove compliance with the required eligibility criteria in accordance with Section 86 (5) at the latest 3 months prior to the commencement of the investiture.

Method of Proof pursuant to Section 77 (2) a) ZZVZ:

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to prove that he is entitled to do business within the scope of the subject matter of the public offer.

The Contractor shall provide evidence of the fulfillment of this condition by submitting a copy of the valid remedy for the business.

The supplier with a seat or place of business in the Czech Republic shall submit an extract from the trade registration pursuant to Section 10, paragraph 3, letter. (a) Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trades Licensing, as amended. Upon issuance of the notice, the supplier shall submit, pursuant to Section 10, paragraph 3, a letter. b) of the Trade Licensing Act, a copy of the copy of the Proof of Proof of Service, even through the contactpublic administration or a decision to grant a concession.

Proof of min. for the manufacture, trade and services not listed in Appendices 1 to 3 of the Trades Licensing Act.

If a foreign person submits a bid to his organizational unit in the Czech Republic, the principal shall furnish proof of the correction relating to this organizational unit.

If the laws of the country of deliverydoes not require a similar professional capacity, as stated in this Entry Document, the supplier is not required to submit the documents required here. Fulfilling the professional qualification according to - 77 paragraph 2 of the letter. a) The ZZVZ then proves the contractor with an honorary declaration on the fulfillment of the qualification prerequisite.
