Landscaping in connection with electricity supply

N1 A / S is in need of procurement of landscaping contractors in connection with electricity supply.

The contracting entity is in need of procurement of landscaping contractors in connection with electricity supply plants. The contracting entity has a supply area of approx. 10 400 km2 corresponding to a quarter of Denmark's area, why the contracting entity has opted for itshare the framework agreement in 4 subdivisions defined in 4 areas:

- agreement 1: district north,

- agreement 2: district west,

- agreement 3: district mid



lot 4: area south.

bidder can offer offerings on one, more or all sub-agreements. The tenderer may, however, grant a maximum of two (2) lots, due to the Contractor's responsibility for security of supply in the area of supply. The award criterion is Price. IfA bidder submits the lowest price to more than two (2) lots, the award of the individual subcontracts will be such that the Contractor opens the lowest price in aggregate for the four (4) sub-agreements. Safely a Tenderer has offered the lowest price on all lots, it can only be awarded two (2) lots. In general, the tasks are expected to best of the following: Cable Cabinet Replacement, Cable Replacementare, Replacement of transformer stations and installations in transformer stations, Nyanlaeg, among other things, subdivisions and road extensions, Curb for 0.4 10 20 60 kV, Solving less 60 kV tasks, eg. cable fault, cabling of existing 20 kV overhead cables, approx. 35 km per s as well as cf. the terms of the terms and conditions. 3.1.

Requests in the ESPD to provide name, CVR number, postal address, contact person, wherewide application is a micro-enterprise, small or medium-sized company, and whether or not the contractor participates in the tender procedure with others (ESPD part II.A). Furthermore, applicants must state the name and address (s) of the person (s) to represent applications in connection with this tendering procedure. The requested information forms the basis for the Contractor's assessment of whether the applicant is fit to fulfill the task and the candidates are invited to submit Offers. If the applicant participates in the tender procedure, one with others, in particular as part of a group, consortium, joint venture or similar, all affected participants must submit a separate ESPD. All required information under sections III and IV must be submitted for each participant. However, in the aptitude assessment, the overall suitability will be assessed. If the required information is not provided by all participants, the request is menecessarily required unconditional, but it may affect the suitability assessment. In addition, each participant in the individual ESPD must indicate the role of the economic actor in the group, the other economic operators participating in the procedure and, where applicable, the name of the participating group (ESPD Part II.A).

Applicants based on other entities financial and economic capacity, dissAdditionally, attach a separate ESPD with Part II, Parts A and B, Part III, which is properly completed by the relevant entities (ESDP Part II, Section C) and Part IV. In the case of the suitability assessment, the overall suitability will be assessed.

Unless the economic operator intends to provide part of the contract in subcontracting to third parties, they shall also attach aSeparated ESPD with Part II, Parts A and B, Part III, Completed by the relevant entities (ESDP Part II, Section C) and Part IV.

Applicants may submit an application for a pre-qualification only. Safely the same legal entity is part of or on another participant in several applications, eg. submits his own application but at the same time forms part of a group, a consortium, a joint friendtrips or the like, applicants must ensure that the participation of the same legal entity does not give rise to the possibility of mutually affecting the content of the different tenderers' offer.
