Multifunctional equipment for cleaning and maintenance of fire hoses with accessories

The subject of the order for part no. 1 is the purchase of 12 multifunctional devices for cleaning and maintenance of fire hoses. The main assumed use of a multifunctional equipment for cleaning and maintaining fire hoses together with the accessory is to ensurethe service of fire hoses used in the framework of the normal operation of Fire and Rescue Corps. The multifunctional equipment for cleaning and maintaining fire hoses with accessories should be used to completely clean, maintain, inspect and re-hose the hoses, while complying with the required specification. is to buy 12 pcs of multifuin-line equipment for cleaning and maintaining fire hoses. The main assumed use of multifunctional equipment for cleaning and maintenance of fire hoses is the provision of service of fire hoses used in the framework of the normal operation of Fire and Rescue Corps. 1.8. The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part with a single European document pursuant to Section 39 1 law. It is recommended that the interested party obtains a request for a written request in the Slovak language delivered electronically to the email address of the contact person mentioned in point I.1) of this notice, within the time limit specified in point IV.2.2.) of this notice. The tender documents for the acceptance of the prizes will be provided by the contracting authority exclusively in electronic form to the e-mail address of the tenderer, as stated in the delivered application for the submission of the tender documents. The Public Procurer recommends to the Applicant to continuously monitor the public procurement website of the Public Procurement Authority during the entire duration of this public procurement, and, address: http://www.uvo.gov.sk/profily/-/profil/pdetail/239.

3. The communication language in this public tender is the Slovak language. Information on point II.2.7. Of this notice: For part no. (1) shall be concluded for a period of 48 months and for part no. (2), the purchase agreement shall be concluded with a delivery period of 30 days. The validity of the framework agreement and the purchase contract is set for the period since the acquisition-activity.

5th Loans associated with the part in this public tender are of interest to the full bidder / bidder without any charge to the public purchaser. A request for clarification within the meaning of 21.4 and 21.7 of the tender documents must be served in accordance with - 48 of the Law in sufficient time. When communicating, the contracting authority proceeds in accordance with - 187 par. 8 of the Actmam electronically resp. in electronic form means communication made by fax or e-mail, which the contracting authority considers to be a supportive form of communication. A group of suppliers do not have to create a legal form, but they have to determine the leaders of the group of suppliers. All members of such a group of suppliers set up to supply the subject matter of the contract are required to provide the pluralityGroup 1 of the members of the group of suppliers to act on behalf of all members of the group of suppliers and to accept the instructions in this procurement as well as to act on behalf of the group for the acceptance of their offer, the signature of the framework agreement / purchase contract and the communications / responsibilities in the process of implementing the framework agreement / . If a supplier's offer is received, a group of suppliers is required before thewithin the framework of the Framework Agreement / Purchase Agreement, conclude and submit to the contracting authority a contract in which I will clearly determine the rights and obligations of each party to participate in the fulfillment of the bid as well as the fact that all members of the group of suppliers are bound by the obligations to the public purchaser jointly and indivisible.

9. Successful candidate before signature of the framework agreement andas the purchase contract which will result from this procurement will be obliged to submit the information and documents under point 33.9 of the tender documents. Within the scope of this public tender, the provisions of - 66 par. 7 of the Act, ie the contracting authority shall carry out the evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with - 40 of the Act after evaluation of the tender pursuant to Section 53 of the Act. In accordance with point 10 aboveie - 49 (6) of the Act, the bidder submitted a tender in accordance with point 18.1 of the SP.
