Statsbygg would like tenders for a Framework Agreement for:

The Framework Agreement will cover Statsbygg's [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's] need for service and maintenance of fire alarm systems in the geographical contract area. We refer to point 2.1 about Statsbygg's properties in the geographical contract area.

A contract will be signed with 1 (one) service provider.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory economic implementation ability.

The tenderer (firm) must be creditworthy.

The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.
