VaeLease tenders for procurement of financial vehicle leasing as well as financial leasing of other leasing objects.

Scope of the procurement

The purpose of the procurement is to meet the need for vehicle financing and framework agreementbefore financial leasing of other leasing objects (other leased property).

contractual time

agreement leases for four (4) years and ceases to be valid after the expiry date without prejudice. The municipality has unilaterally stated that beforehand the agreement with a notice period of three (3) months. However, the agreement is at least two (2) years from entry into force. Planned start of contract 1.5.2019

Agreements will be signed with one (1) tenderer.

Feed releases prior to the completion of the procurement

Procurement will take place under the following conditions: that all conditions affecting the procurement are that the financial framework is not overridden and that the necessary decisions are made restocking of the Oepte procedure according to the rulesThe provisions of the Act (2016: 1145) on Public Procurement (LOU).
