The subject of the contract is the provision of financial leasing and leasing of cargo vehicles for a period of 48 months with the subsequent purchase of vehicles at the residual price (transfer fee). the cost of trucks is 2, 000, 000, -The main object of the contract is the provision of financial leasing and parking lizing of trucks for a period of 48 months with the following: purchase of vehicles at the residual price (transfer fee). The total purchase priceof positive vehicles is in the amount of EUR 2 000 000, - EUR without VAT. Detailed description of the subject of the order is given in section B.1 Description of the subject matter of the tender documents. The guarantor must meet the conditions of the time stipulated in - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended-(hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act). Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4, par. 5, - 152 para. 1 (entered in the list of economic subjects) or - 152, par. 3 of the Act on Public Procurement. Enrollment in the list of economic operators is effective against each contracting entity and the information given therein is not necessary in the procurement procedures to be verified. Procurer evaluatingthe fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status over the entry of the economic entity in the list of economic subjects, if the applicant has not submitted the documents according to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 or an equivalent entry or registration certificate pursuant to Section 152 3 of the Public Procurement Act. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out pursuant to the Act on public procurement effective until 17 April 2016 (Act No. 25/2006Z. z.) Is entered in the list of economic subjects within the scope of recorded facts. The applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority for a single European document within the meaning of Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act. The group of contractors demonstrates that the conditions for participation in public procurement for the personal status of eachgroup members separately.

The guardian shall prove his personal position for each other according to - 33 par. 2 of the Act on Public Procurement and pursuant to Section 34 3 of the Public Procurement Act and for each subcontractor specified in its tender. The Advertiser recommends to the interested to deliver requests for explanation at least until August 3, 2018, so that it is possible to process and submit to the interested person an explanation within

3 days. The offer and other documents and documents in the public procurement shall be submitted in the (Slovak) language. If the document or document is drawn up in a foreign language, it is presented together with its official translation into the Slovenian language; it does not apply to offers, documents and documents in the Czech language.
